Marc Bolan was the driving strength in this successful time.  He changed the stage name Toby Tyler in Marc Bolan for November 1965 and published the single "Wizzard". But it was a Flop like also the next two records. Together with Steve Peregrine Took he formed the acoustic duo "Tyrannosaurus Rex". "Debora" was the first hit. Despite also the two LP's by both were very successful left Took the duo and Mickey Finn joined. End of 1970  they made shorter the name and called themselves  only "T-Rex". The next three years they had a very successful career which went down 1973 . Just when Marc wanted to start a comeback his girl- friend raced with the Car  against a tree.
